Our company has a corporate license, I have used this for small meetings, but never tried larger groups. People sometimes strive to download and establish a connection, and configuring sound-capabilities can be a challenge for un-experienced users.
I’ve never used the process you have described to scan documents, but will have give it a try. I have two flatbed scanners and use the HP scan software. However, when away from my office I use an iPhone app called “DocSanner”. It uses the iPhone camera. Once the image of the document, or sunset, etc. is captured you can crop, change dark/light settings, or rotate. Once complete you have the options to email as PDF or JPEG. You can upload to Dropbox, Evernote, eFax or HP eprint. You can even add a signature. The app also has an OCR option. Not bad for a free app!!

We have created action tags for all of the various things a person will do at a webinar. Whether it is live or automated.
Collaborate is getting ready to shift to a very different interface in the coming month. They bought another webinar company that runs completely in the browser. If you are looking into a near in the future purchase, wait a bit until they get some resources out there for you to understand what the new version will have in the way of features or to get a head start on training. It may be very different than what is in the current version.
AnyMeeting can be connected to multiple different tools, such as for email marketing, marketing automation and for customer relationship management, so that you can easily send invites and get people to register to your webinar. You can also integrate it with Facebook and Twitter so that you can automatically promote your webinar and send any announcements and updates.
Step 2: Host and record one live webinar. You’ll only need to do this once! After that everything will be automated. You can use WebinarJam‘s software to do this. Make sure you have a live chat box so people can ask you questions live throughout the webinar. (The live chat box will be recorded as well and you can re-use those questions in your evergreen webinar later to make it seem like there are other attendees in the room asking questions)

…webinars make up a major portion of your business model. If you are hosting multiple sessions a day or week with lots of people, checking out GoToWebinar might be a good option. With its ability to archive your past webinars (and in HD, no less), a webinar-centric business will definitely thrive with GoToWebinar. Also, if you run a SASS company, GTW may work well for you as a way to get additional contact and engagement with your audience.
Those of us in the marketing stream are better served by options like WebinarJam, Easy Webinar, etc. I’m going to take a look at WebinarIgnite and Runclick, based on the comments on this article. If neither of those work for me, I guess I’m resigned to using either WebinarJam or Webinars on Air, both of which make me reliant on Google free technology (which is certainly a vulnerability, given they have no incentive to keep their tech in synch with that of these add-on vendors), but gets me the marketing features I need.

A perfect addendum to WebinarJam, EverWebinar provides me with a method of automating multiple revenue streams using the effort put into my live webinars. I know of no other webinar tool that is so easy to set-up and so well received, you won't be able to tell if it's live or recorded! Great job guys!
